5 Ghanaian actors that could act as James Bond

Over the past few days, a lot has been said, when it comes to who should play the role of James Bond in the next 007 movie, after David Craig retires.

Idris Elba, who is 42 years of age has been one of the front runners to take over from David Craig, but a number of public figures have disagreed with the concept of a black man playing the role.

The James Bond author named Anthony Horowitz, had also mentioned that Idris Elba would be too street to play the role, and received serious backlash for it, with many calling him racist.

“For me, Idris Elba is a bit too rough to play the part. It’s not a colour issue. I think he is probably a bit too ‘street’ for Bond. Is it a question of being suave? Yeah,” he said.

Anthony, the author later apologized, saying;

“I am mortified to have caused offence. I’m really sorry my comments about Idris Elba have caused offence. That wasn’t my intention.”

“I was asked in my interview if Idris Elba would make a good James Bond. In the article I expressed the opinion that to my mind Adrian Lester would be a better choice, but I’m a writer not a casting director so what do I know?”

Let’s go through a list generated by we at EnterGhana.com , of the 5 Ghanaian actors who could play the role of James Bond perfectly. Well almost. The following actors were picked because they happen to be charming, dress impeccably well, daring, complete gentlemen, and have displayed some other characteristics of James Bond in movies acted.
