Have you ever woken up in the morning after trying a new beauty product and found acne all over your face? Or worse?
After those experiences, and many more, it finally occurred to me to read product labels. I learned what to stay away from (sodium lauryl sulfate, BHA, parabens, etc), but the cost of getting ‘natural’ cosmetics, face wash and lotion was too much. And then I started simply using coconut oil. It’s a product I have in abundance in the house and as I’ve come to learn, is good on just about everything according to bodyenlightenment.me.
