Private legal practitioner, Maurice Ampaw has intimated that a suit by Kofi Adjorlolo’s fiancée against Counselor Lutterodt over comments on their relationship will be one of the most useless legal actions.
Victoria is threatening to sue Counselor Lutterodt if he does not retract the unpleasant words he used on her.
Lutterodt in a video said Kofi Adjorlolo is old enough to be Victoria’s father and deems her decision to stay with him as a means to kill one of Ghana’s best actors before his time.
“If she marries Kofi Adjorlolo, she would see what I would do to her because she is a small girl. She is just about 27-years-old so she should take her time.”
Victoria has given the controversial counselor a five-day ultimatum to retract or be sued.
But Maurice Ampaw tells Ghanaweb the suit is useless.
