A bully is always a coward? Yes, the 1992 Constitution is a coward!!!-A Plus on Akuapem Polo..

I condemn in no uncertain terms what Akuapem Polo did but If any government is serious about protecting children let me show you where to find them. From 37 Military Hospital to Jubilee House, THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, you’ll find them there either selling or begging in traffic; Some of them are children with disabilities

I’m not referring to the past four years.

They have been there since time immemorial. The kind of resources we have as a country- gold, timber, bauxite, oil 🛢 cocoa, manganese, rubber, diamond 💎 etc, but for evil leaders who have created a bad system that has forged an enabling environment that has institutionalized corruption, each child under 10 years could receive at least 50 Ghana cedis every month.

May be an image of 1 person, child, standing, outdoors and text

In 2019 alone, though this poor country called Ghana has a presidential jet, we spent GH₵62,578,224 Six hundred and twenty billion, five hundred and seventy-eight million, two and twenty-four old Ghana cedis on foreign travels and related expenses in just nine months.

The same year, the office of the president of this poor country which runs to IMF and the world bank now and then for loans spent GH₵1, 980,025.23 on refreshment only. Multiply the aforementioned figures by four years and it will give you an idea of how much we have wasted in 64 years. I’m not blaming NDC or NPP. I’m talking about the system; where necessary I’ll use any of them to set examples.

A few days to the election, the ministry for women and children affairs shared money to people to vote for an incumbent president in the name of social protection while the department of social welfare lacks the needed logistic to protect and end child labour and homelessness.

Rosemond Brown aka 'Akuapeem poloo'

Then, this same system turns around and pretends to be protecting a child. If Akuapem Polo actively campaigned for the NPP, despite the seriousness of her offence, the prosecution would have received a call from high authority and the case would have taken a different twist!!! A system that bullies poor, weak and ordinary people. Remember the idiomatic expression- a bully is always a coward? Yes, the 1992 Constitution is a coward!!! –

Learn To Talk To Your Partner’s Beautiful Pussy During Foreplay.

Dear Men 👬

Sometimes in the middle of the foreplay, pause and talk to your partner’s beautiful pussy.

Now stop and look at the flower you see below. Beautiful, isn’t it? Yes! There is nothing that makes a woman more unique than her pussy.

Appreciate your woman’s unique qualities and tell her what makes her special.

Women are a good deal more verbal than men, especially during love-making. We also respond more to verbal love, which means, the more you talk to us, the easier it will be to turn us on or get our Vagina wet.. So all the time you’re petting, stroking and licking our beautiful pussy, please talk to us about it.

The fact that I said talk to your woman’s pussy nu, doesn’t mean you should go and open your woman’s vagina so wide and be saying unnecessary things like “3na wo tw3 nie?😳 enti wo tw3ba na 3so saa nu?”🥺 Aah, wo tw3mu ay3 tumtum oo , ad3n?🤷‍♀️etc…

Massa, say something nice that can make the pussy drip👌… Don’t go and angry somebody’s pussy with your nkruses3m. Jon boys!!! 👬

Thank you
Your Only Virgin

Nigeria enforces an annual levy on expatriate workers.

Nigeria has imposed a mandatory annual levy for organisations employing expatriate workers, requiring them to pay $15,000 (£12,000) for a director and $10,000 for other employees.

The move is meant to encourage foreign companies to employ more Nigerian workers.

The staff of diplomatic missions and government officials are exempt.

President Bola Tinubu has warned that the levy should not be used to frustrate potential investors.

He spoke while launching the Expatriate Employment Levy (EEL) handbook on Tuesday, adding that the government was expecting to improve revenue and indigenization.

He said that it aimed to balance employment opportunities between Nigerians and expatriates.

“The goal is to close wage gaps between expatriates and the Nigerian labour force while increasing employment opportunities for qualified Nigerians in foreign companies in the country,” he said.

There are more than 150,000 expatriates in Nigeria, according to local media citing data from the interior ministry.

They mostly work in the oil and gas, construction, telecommunication and hospitality sectors.

Nigeria is one of Africa’s biggest oil producers. Its oil and gas exports account for 90% of foreign exchange earnings, according to the International Monetary Fund.

It already costs companies in Nigeria $2,000 a year to obtain a residency permit for each foreign employee.

The move comes as Nigeria is experiencing its worst economic crisis in a generation, which has led to widespread hardship and anger in recent months.

Labour unions and government workers on Tuesday held demonstrations to protest against economic hardships.

Mr Tinubu acknowledged that Nigerians were going through a difficult period.

He said efforts were being made to improve the country’s finances and grow the economy.

The levy applies to employees who work for at least 183 days in a year.

The scheme imposes fines of up to three years and jail terms of up to five years for a person or organisation that do not comply, including failure to provide accurate information.

The Nigerian Immigration Service will be responsible for enforcing the levy.

Local media quoted Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Oj as saying that it would be operated on a public-private partnership model between the government, the immigration service and a private firm.

Nigerian economist Abubakar Abdullahi says the levy is good for the country and won’t frustrate potential investors as “they’ll love to see the country grow as well”.”I believe Nigeria stands to benefit from this levy as more companies will start looking inwards as there are qualified Nigerians from all sectors,” he says.

The United States warns that the proposed anti-gay bill in Ghana could have negative effects on the country’s public health and economy.

The passage of Ghana’s anti-gay bill by Parliament on February 28 has raised concerns, with US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller stating that it could have detrimental effects on the country’s public health, media, civic spaces, and economy.

The bill’s approval also goes against Ghana’s long-standing tradition of tolerance, peace, and respect for human rights. Miller called for a review of the bill to ensure the protection of all individuals’ rights in Ghana. The legislation, if enacted, would not only threaten the freedoms of speech, press, and assembly for all Ghanaians but also harm the country’s economic growth and stability. The US urges a reconsideration of the bill to uphold Ghana’s values of inclusivity and human rights.

The United States is deeply troubled by the potential impact of this legislation on the LGBTQI+ community in Ghana, as well as on the broader society. Criminalizing individuals based on their sexual orientation or gender identity not only violates their fundamental human rights but also sets a dangerous precedent for discrimination and persecution.

Furthermore, the bill’s provisions requiring individuals to report on others who identify as LGBTQI+ could create a culture of fear and surveillance within communities, eroding trust and social cohesion. This goes against the principles of respect, tolerance, and inclusivity that are essential for a thriving and harmonious society.

Ghana must uphold its commitment to human rights, equality, and dignity for all its citizens. The United States stands ready to support efforts to promote and protect the rights of all individuals in Ghana, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. We urge the Ghanaian authorities to reconsider this legislation and ensure that it aligns with international human rights standards and values of equality and non-discrimination.

Now the question is are you in support of the passage of the Anti-gay bill?

“Embracing Intimacy: Nurturing Well-Being Through Sexual Connection”

Regardless of the challenges life throws your way, it’s essential to prioritize intimate moments. Engaging in sexual activity can help refresh the mind and body. Being devoted to your faith doesn’t mean you should neglect your sexual life. Don’t stick to the same routine in bed; experiment with different positions to keep things exciting. Your sexual preferences shouldn’t affect your standing in your religious community.

Life is fleeting, and the constant problems in our society only emphasize this fact. Remember, when you’re happy, make time for intimacy. Feeling down? Intimacy can be a source of comfort. Whether you’re financially stable or struggling, sex can still play a vital role in your life. Even when you’re feeling unwell, engaging in sexual activity can have its benefits.

In all situations, remember that sex is not just about pleasure—it can also contribute to your overall well-being. So, embrace intimacy as a way to connect with yourself and your partner. Sex is not just a physical act; it has the power to uplift your spirits and improve your mental and physical health. Let’s normalize the importance of sexual intimacy in our lives and prioritize it for our well-being.

Afenyo-Markin halts the 3rd reading of anti-LGBTQ bill due to concerns over imprisonment based on sexual orientation, stating, “You cannot imprison someone for their sexuality.”

Deputy Majority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin has halted the third reading of the Anti-LGBTQ bill, preventing its passage on this day.

While he supports the Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values bill in principle, Afenyo-Markin is against the provision that would result in the imprisonment of individuals involved in LGBTQ activities.

He proposed amendments to the bill that would replace custodial sentencing with community service, arguing that incarceration would not effectively address the behavioral issues at hand and could exacerbate the situation.

Afenyo-Markin emphasized that imprisoning individuals based on their sexuality is not a solution to upholding Ghanaian family values and ensuring proper human sexual rights.

However, bill sponsor Sam George disagreed with Afenyo-Markin’s stance, stating that his argument lacked merit.

Love and Money; Navigating Finances As A Couple

Navigating Finances as a Couple is a crucial and often complex aspect of any romantic relationship. It involves managing financial matters collaboratively and making joint decisions about money matters. Romantic relationships are not just exciting emotional adventures, they also have financial cost implications, for example there are bills to pay, expenses to make, investments and projects to undertake.

The challenge for most couples is how to create a balance between their financial goals and meeting the financial demands of their romantic relationships and lifestyles. There are several options that a couple can consider in their effort to create a balance between financial prudence and their romantic lifestyles.

1. Open Communication:

Discuss Financial Goals: Have open and honest conversations about short-term and long-term financial goals. Understand each other’s priorities and expectations. It’s important both parties are aligned in terms of their financial expectations of each other.

A couple must agree on the financial goals of the relationship for example they might agree to save or pool resources together to rent an apartment or get married or undertake a project together. If already married, then they might want to plan for their future especially retirement and financial security. These goals are likely to influence the couple’s lifestyles and choices with regards to their spending patterns and savings culture.

2. Joint Budgeting:

Create a Budget Together: Develop a budget that reflects both partners’ incomes, expenses, and savings goals. This helps to enhance financial transparency and shared responsibility. This is important partly because of the changing economic dynamics among couples and the increasing contribution of women to the financial well-being of the relationship.

The budgeting process provides an opportunity for the couple to efficiently allocate resources. It also helps the couple to understand the financial needs and expectations of each other. Relationships require collaboration and cooperation between couples to be able to achieve a certain level of desired standard of living and to create a better future.

3. Financial Roles and Responsibilities:

Define Roles: Clarify who will be responsible for specific financial tasks, such as bill payments, investments, or budget tracking. Establishing roles can prevent misunderstandings. For example, a couple must agree on whose responsibility it is to pay certain bills, what proportion of the bills will be taken up by each party and how the couple intend to finance their lifestyles and cost-of-living expenses. It is important that the couple come to a clear understanding of each other financial roles and responsibilities to avoid conflicts and disagreements in the future. Fortunately, we are increasingly seeing the willingness of most couples especially women to contribute and share the financial burden of relationships. This should therefore make it possible for more couples to save and achieve more of their financial goals.

4. Emergency Fund and Insurance:

Build an Emergency Fund: Save for unexpected expenses to provide financial security. It is important for a couple to save or set aside funds for a rainy day. There is the temptation for couples in romantic relationship to throw caution to the wind and live just for the moment. A careful examination of such a couple expenses will show that it is dominated by frivolous expenses and ostentatious lifestyles which leaves very little to save, talk less of saving for emergencies.

Insurance Coverage: Insurances are intended to provide protection against possible eventualities in life. There are various insurance options available to most couples. These include Life, Term life, Health, and Auto insurance to mention but a few. Whiles no one can fault a couples in a romantic relationship for living in the present and basking in the glow of love, one must remember that eventualities are part of life, can happen to anyone and must be planned for.

5. Debt Management:

In earlier noted points, we made mention of the need for couples to be transparent in their dealings with each other. I would like to extend this to include discussions of a couples existing debts. Such debts if not properly managed and their terms of repayments properly structured, could create unnecessary burden on the couple’s finances and negatively affect their lifestyle and romantic adventures. It could in some cases lead to a deterioration of the relationship leading to the eventual break up and with the non-fulfilment of the couple’s relationship and marital dreams and aspirations.

6. Individual and Joint Accounts:

Balance Independence and Togetherness: Decide on the appropriate mix of individual and joint accounts based on your comfort levels. Some couples prefer having both for personal autonomy and shared financial goals.

Whatever your preferences might be, please discuss it together and come to an agreement that allows you to manage the expenses of the home or relationship whiles making provision to financially demonstrate your love to each other especially during this love season.

7. Financial Planning for the Future:

Retirement Planning: Discuss and plan for retirement together, considering factors like lifestyle expectations and savings strategies. During this season of love, it is understandable that couples will be swept away in the euphoria of romance and love. But life is not all about the present but it’s also about the future, so it’s important that couples make a deliberate effort to put aside funds, sufficient to take care of their needs in the medium to long term.

Investment Strategies: Determine joint investment strategies and risk tolerance for shared financial growth. You have heard of the saying that invest in your youthful days and let your money work for you during your retirement. That advice still holds despite recent uncertainties and developments in the economy. My dear couples, ensure not to take unreasonable risk but let your investment decisions be driven by sound investment principles and not greed.

8. Navigating Differences:

Money Personalities: Recognize that individuals may have different attitudes toward money. Find compromises and solutions that accommodate both partners’ perspectives.

Handling Conflicts: Establish healthy communication patterns for resolving financial disagreements and conflicts.

9. Regular Financial Check-Ins:

Scheduled Reviews: Set aside time periodically to review financial goals, assess progress, and make adjustments as needed.

Celebrate Achievements: Acknowledge and celebrate financial milestones and achievements together.

10. Long-Term Planning:

Estate Planning: Consider creating or updating wills, especially if you have joint assets. Discuss preferences for inheritance and end-of-life decisions. For an orderly transition and avoidance of confusion and chaos when you are no more, please make sure you write a will documenting in clear terms your last and final wishes. The making of wills is not the preserve of old men and women, young couples can and should also put down their wills.

Financial Legacy: Plan how you want to leave a financial legacy for future generations. Ensure you have documented your properties and registered titles to landed properties. That said, the best financial legacy one can leave for their children is to raise them in the fear of God, give them a good training and equip them with the right skills and tools to make them relevant in the years when you are gone.

12. Seek Professional Advice:

Financial Advisor: In complex financial situations, seeking the guidance of a financial advisor can provide expert insights and help create a tailored financial plan.

Conclusion

So, my friends by all means let’s enjoy and make the most of the love season but whiles at it let us be reminded of the significance of our financial wellbeing. Like the good book says, there is a time and a season for everything under the sun. Eventually when the dust settles and the feeling of ecstasy and euphoria of love is over, there will be bills to be paid. Remember “I love you; I love you, does not pay bills, neither does it put food on the table”. We must therefore find a balance between celebrating love, romance and making the right financial decisions in our relationships and marriages.

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams recently spoke about his trip to Heaven, describing it as follows:

“I experienced being taken out of my physical form and into Heaven for 1 hour and 45 minutes, where I witnessed extraordinary scenes. Guided by an angel, I ascended to a lofty mountain adorned with grass that shimmered like diamonds.

During my journey, I encountered a spiritual mentor from my time at the Church of Pentecost. The angel inquired if I recognized anyone, and I mentioned Elder Sackey. The elder gracefully drove across the stunning grass to greet me.

He addressed me by my first name, and I affectionately responded, ‘Papa.’ Subsequently, he presented me with a pass to return to my body, all while driving a magnificent white car.”

I have several questions, but the two most pressing ones are:

  1. Why didn’t you ask to speak with Jesus or any of the apostles/disciples to address issues with African leaders? It seems like a missed opportunity for divine intervention.
  2. Regarding the elder’s car, does it run on diesel or petrol? I’m concerned about potential fuel price increases in Ghana and beyond. It’s important to understand transportation logistics in Heaven to prepare accordingly.

Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale, also known as Charles Nii Armah Mensah, has recently made a public statement calling for a ban on several radio and TV personalities. He has accused eight individuals, including his former manager Bull Dog, of obstructing the progress of the country’s music industry.

Shatta Wale took to his Facebook page to post a list of people who he believes should be banned from media platforms in order to create a better environment for the success of the music industry.

The individuals named on the list by Shatta Wale are Akwasi Aboagye, Andy Dosty, Arnold, Ola, Mr Logic, Bull Dog, Sally, and Abeiku Santana.

Does the Church of Pentecost discriminate against and stereotype non-members?Afua Asantewaa O Aduonum as case study

The Church of Pentecost (CoP) is one of the biggest classical Pentecostal churches in Ghana and even in the world. There is somethung the CoP must stop doing. They have several slogans for their Women’s Ministry. Examples are, ”Holiness, Unto the Lord”, Let All Women Keep Quiet and Learn in Submission”, and so forth.

If Afua Asantewaa O Aduonum was a member of the Church of Pentecost…

1. Like by now elders and deacons in over-sized suits are leading prayer warriors to be doing ‘odima mpaebo’ at the backstage of the venue.

2. Her presiding elder would also have been very much involved with the District Pastor leading the members in crusade koraa at the venue.

3. The Evangelism Ministry leader would have been with his team moving up qnd down in the white top and black skirt/trouser preaching ‘bra Yesu nkyen’ to the teaming youth there.

4. Holy Ghost Baptism will be organized with ‘hwie gu y3n so’ as 1st song.

5. Sunday will be baptism…and ‘Sing-a-thorn or Akwaaba Village’ Assembly established with the souls won as foundation members.

6. The church’s social media handles would’vebeen awashed with ‘Possessing the Nations’ slogan with several youth sharing the flyer

7. ‘Odima mpaebo’ in the local Assemblies would happen koraa.

8. She would’ve opened and closed the challenge with ‘Elder Mireku’s song because ‘wo mmom’ de3, it’s a must for all Pente activities…

6. Tithe de3…y3 b3 gye
